How to return your Liledu Play Kit
Here’s how to return your play kit:
- Start the return process
• Log into your Liledu account
• Click “Start return”
• Follow the steps as instructed
• When asked why you’re returning, select “other” - Choose your shipping option
• Press the button “Add Shipping”
• You will be given a choice between “Dropoff” and “Collection”.
• Press the option you’d like and you’ll see Royal Mail listed as a provider along with Yodel.
• Choose the provider you prefer and follow the instructions. - Pack up the toys
• Use the original box if you still have it
• If not, use an appropriately sized boxed
• Make sure everything’s packed securely - Ship
• If you’ve selected Yodel, find your nearest Yodel point here
• If you’ve selected Evri, find your nearest Evri parcelshop here
• If you’ve selected Royal Mail, find your neared RM drop off point here
• The shop assistant will scan your barcode and print out the shipping label
