With our Play & Swap model, families receive curated toy boxes every month and return them for a new set, keeping playtime fresh, engaging, and clutter-free.

Our subscription plans start at just £27.99 per month with savings on longer-term plans. Each month, you’ll receive a curated box of toys worth up to £150, tailored to your child’s age and developmental needs.

We offer three flexible pricing plans:

• 12-Month Plan: £27.99 per month (save 30%)
• 6-Month Plan: £31.99 per month (save 20%)
• Monthly Plan: £39.99 per month

All plans renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime (terms apply).

Swapping your play kits is simple and hassle-free:

1. A new play kit arrives at your doorstep every four weeks.
2. Your little one enjoys hours of engaging and educational playtime.
3. Once the new play kit arrives, pack up the current one and return it using our return options (Yodel or Royal Mail).

It’s that easy! A fresh set of toys every month ensures your child’s playtime stays exciting and clutter-free.

We understand that it can be challenging for a young family to get round Liledu returns. Therefore we try to make it as simple and flexible as possible. At the moment we are offering a range of the following options:

You can return your Liledu kit free of charge with Yodel or Evri drop off (no printer required). For an additional fee you can choose either Royal Mail drop off or Home Collection (also no printer required).

Our play kits are designed for babies and toddlers from 0 to 36 months, making them perfect for newborns, infants, and young children. Each toy is carefully selected to promote your child’s development while keeping playtime fun and engaging.

Each Liledu box contains 4-8 expertly curated, age-appropriate toys, specifically chosen to support your child’s learning and development. Our play kits cater to babies and toddlers aged 0 to 36 months and include a variety of engaging toys for sensory, motor, and cognitive development.

All toys are eco-friendly, made from sustainable materials like wood and recycled plastics, so they’re good for the planet as well as your child 🧸

At Liledu, we carefully select toys from trusted brands around the world, including BAJO, Tender Leaf, LEGLER, Priya and Peanut, HAPE, and Little Dutch. 

Our toys are made from ethically sourced materials like sustainably harvested wood and recycled plastics, ensuring they’re safe for your child and kind to the planet. Following Montessori and holistic principles, our selection process ensures every toy is not only engaging and educational but also reusable and durable.

When you sign up for Liledu, an account is created for you automatically. Your account is your main tool for managing your subscription with everything you need in one place. Here you can initiate play kit returns, exchange or request an extension for your current play kit, pause or resume your subscription and much more.

Our toys are durable. But we understand life with little ones can be full of surprises, and accidents can happen! If a toy breaks, let us know.

• Minor damage: We’ll repair it at no charge.
• Significant damage (e.g., caused by pets or excessive wear): A small fee of £3-£5 may apply.

No problem! We offer a free exchange service once every three months. Simply log into your account, select “Exchange Play Kit”, and we’ll send you a new box tailored to your child’s preferences at no extra cost.

Yes! If your child falls in love with any toy(s), you can purchase them directly using your Liledu account. Simply go to the “My Play Kit” section in your account and buy toys at discounted subscriber rates.

It’s important to note that you can only purchase toys while you still have the play kit at home (i.e. before returning it). Once you have bought the toy(s), you get to keep them and don’t need to return them with the rest of the kit. However, toys cannot be purchased after the play kit has been returned.

No need to worry! If you accidentally leave out a toy when returning it, simply include it in your next play kit return. We understand that life with little ones can be a bit hectic, and we’ve got you covered.

We want you to love Liledu! Here’s how it works:

• Try our service risk-free for 14 days.
• If it’s not the right fit for your family, cancel your subscription and return the play kit within 14 days.
• Once we confirm the toys are returned in good condition, we’ll issue a full refund.

We take toy hygiene very seriously. After every return, our toys go through a meticulous cleaning and disinfection process:

1. Inspection: Each toy is checked to ensure it is in good, safe working condition for the next child.
2. Cleaning: Each toy is cleaned and then disinfected using safe, organic cleaning products.
3. Boxing up: Once clean and dry, the toys are then packed up for their next adventure.

Our process ensures that every toy is clean, sanitised, and safe for your little one to play with 🧼✨

Toy manufacturers assign an age recommendation to every toy they produce. This recommendation is designed to help customers choose an age-appropriate toy for their child. However, these are simply recommendations, not rules, and different manufacturers have different approaches. 

As a result, our play kits contain toys with a variety of different age recommendations. For example, a play kit aimed at 6 month olds may contain a toy with a 0+ manufacturer’s age recommendation. This does not mean the toy is unsuitable for a 6 month old baby. Our child development experts have selected toys tailored to specific ages and developmental milestones. This means some toys might fall outside the marked age range but are perfectly suited to encourage their growth and learning.

Gift cards can be redeemed toward any subscription plan, making them an ideal way to share the joy of sustainable, educational play 🎁️

Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

For 6 or 12-month plans, early cancellations may require reimbursement of discounts received. The cancellation fee is calculated as the total value of the monthly discounts received during the time of your subscription.
