At the end of each subscription month, a courier will deliver a new play kit to your doorstep. Once you receive the new play kit, simply pack the old one in the box it came in and drop it off at your nearest pickup point using the return QR code generated in your subscription account. This way, your child will always have new toys to enjoy without ever being without a play kit.

Rest assured, over 99.4% of our toys survive each month unscathed! As parents ourselves, we understand how children play firsthand, so we have selected durable toys. If minor damage occurs, no worries. Simply let us know and we’ll fix up the toy. For more serious damage (like a pet chewing the toy), we may ask for a small compensation payment from you, typically around £3-£5.

Cleanliness and safety are our top priorities at Liledu. Before setting off to their next home, all our toys are given a careful and thorough cleaning at our “Toy spa.” Here, we use gentle, organic cleaning products that are locally sourced. These leave the toys safely disinfected and freshened up for their next happy household.Here’s how our cleaning process works:

First stop: “Toy A&E.” Here, all our returned toys are given a thorough check up to ensure they’ve made it back in one piece and are safe for the next little explorer.

Next stop: the “Toy spa.” Each toy is lovingly cleaned and disinfected using gentle yet highly effective organic cleaning products.

Finally, the toys are packed up for the journey to their next happy home, ready to spark more joy and learning.

Simple. As part of your subscription, we offer a “free exchange” option – you can use it once every 3 months. So if you find that a particular box isn’t capturing your child’s interest, contact us via community@liledu.com, and we’ll replace your current box at no extra cost! After all, as parents ourselves, we understand how unique each child is.

Yes. With our monthly subscription plan, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time. Simply go to your account settings to initiate the cancellation, and it will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No strings attached!

Yes, of course you can. Sometimes kids develop a special bond with certain toys, and the last thing you want to do is send it off in a box after a month. That’s why we offer the option to buy any of the toys in our sets. To buy a toy, simply log into your subscription account and navigate to the ‘My Play Kit’ section where you can select and buy the toy or toys your child wishes to keep. Our toy prices take depreciation into consideration and we offer attractive pricing. As a subscriber, you’ll enjoy a discount of around 20% off the market price.

With our Play & Swap model, you enjoy each play kit for a 4-week period. Upon the renewal of your subscription every four weeks, we expect you to return the toys to us within 2 days from then.

Your 4-week period starts at the beginning of your billing month (not on the first date of each calendar month). After 4 weeks have passed, your subscription renews and it’s time for your next play kit—we will ship it within 24 hours (on business days) of your subscription renewing.

We will send you email reminders, so we’re confident you’ll always return the kits on time. But we also understand life as a parent gets pretty hectic, so delays can happen sometimes.

There is a fee for late returns, but we prefer not to apply it. We would rather trust you. This means we will only apply fees in special circumstances, such as a very long delay or multiple late returns.
