What Happens if a Toy Breaks?
Rest assured, over 99.4% of our toys survive each month unscathed!
As parents, we understand how children play, so we’ve chosen durable toys. If minor damage occurs, just let us know and we’ll fix it. For serious damage (like a pet chewing the toy), a small compensation of around £3-£5 may apply.

Liledu monthly subscription costs just £29.99/month. All plans include free returns. You can cancel through your account anytime.
Your new premium play kit arrives first, then you have 2 days to return the previous one. Returns are free via Collect+, or opt for convenient Royal Mail home collection for a small fee.
Every toy goes through our thorough cleaning process using eco-friendly, child-safe products before reaching its next family. Each piece is quality-checked before shipping.
No charges for normal wear and tear. You can return any missing pieces with the following kit. Small fee may be applied to damaged toys outside normal use.
