Liledu Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

1. Programme Overview

1.1. The Liledu Referral Programme (“Programme”) allows existing Liledu subscribers (“Referrers”) to earn credit (“Referral Credit”) by referring new customers (“Referred Customers”) to Liledu.

1.2. By participating in the Programme, Referrers and Referred Customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Referrers must be current, active Liledu subscribers with an account in good standing.

2.2. Referred Customers must be new to Liledu and must not have had an active Liledu subscription in the past 12 months.

2.3. Employees of Liledu, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Referral Process

3.1. Referrers will receive a unique referral code through their Liledu account.

3.2. Referrers may share their referral code via email, social media, or other communication methods.

3.3. Referred Customers must use the Referrer’s code at the time of subscription to be eligible for the discount.

4. Referral Credit

4.1. Referrers will receive £20 Referral Credit for each Referred Customer who successfully subscribes to Liledu using the Referrer’s unique code.

4.2. Referred Customers will receive a £20 discount on their first subscription box.

4.3. Referral Credit will be applied to the Referrer’s account within 14 days after the Referred Customer’s first subscription payment is successfully processed.

4.4. Referral Credit can only be used towards future Liledu subscription payments and has no cash value.

4.5. There is no limit to the number of Referral Credits a Referrer can earn.

5. Restrictions

5.1. Referral codes cannot be applied retroactively to existing subscriptions.

5.2. Referral codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated by Liledu.

5.3. Referrers may not create multiple accounts to earn additional Referral Credits.

5.4. Referrers may not advertise their referral code on paid search platforms, coupon sites, or any other platform not explicitly approved by Liledu.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. If a Referred Customer cancels their subscription within 30 days, the Referral Credit may be revoked from the Referrer’s account.

6.2. If a Referrer’s account is cancelled, any unused Referral Credit will be forfeited.

7. Programme Changes and Termination

7.1. Liledu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Liledu may disqualify any Referrer or Referred Customer from the Programme if it believes they have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.

8. Privacy

8.1. All personal information collected through the Programme will be handled in accordance with Liledu’s Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Liledu is not responsible for any disputes between Referrers and Referred Customers.

9.2. Liledu is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Programme.

10. General

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

10.2. Any disputes arising from the Programme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the Liledu Referral Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
