Here’s how to return your Liledu play kit:

Go to your Liledu account and select “Start return.” You will be taken to the returns portal. Please follow the steps as instructed. When asked for the reason you are making the return, please select the option “other.”

Click on Yodel to receive your return barcode, which will also be sent to your email. There is no need to print off your barcode – just have it in your emails and use it at the Yodel drop-off point.

Please pack the toys in the original box. If you no longer have it, use an appropriately sized box for the play kit.

Find your nearest Yodel drop-off location, print off the shipping label, attach it securely to your Liledu play kit box, and drop it off. You can find your nearest Yodel drop-off point here (this may also include drop-off points for Collect+. You can use these as well).

Don’t worry, our toys are tougher than a toddler’s determination to stay awake at bedtime! 💪 Over 99.4% of our toys survive their playtime adventures unscathed. But if a toy does meet an unfortunate end, just give us a shout. For minor boo-boos, we’ll patch it up free of charge. For more serious injuries (like becoming a chew toy for Fido), we might ask for a small ‘ouchie fee’ of £3-£5. It’s still cheaper than buying a new toy, and far less traumatic than a toy funeral!

1. Subscribe and start your Liledu adventure.
2. If within 14 days you decide it’s not your cup of tea (or your little one’s bottle of milk), no worries!
3. Simply cancel your subscription and send the play kit back to us within 14 days of subscribing.
4. Once we’ve checked that all the toys have made it home safe and sound (no stowaways in the sofa cushions!), we’ll issue a full refund.

These leave the toys safely disinfected and freshened up for their next happy household.Here’s how our cleaning process works:

First stop: “Toy A&E.” Here, all our returned toys are given a thorough check up to ensure they’ve made it back in one piece and are safe for the next little explorer.

Next stop: the “Toy spa.” Each toy is lovingly cleaned and disinfected using gentle yet highly effective organic cleaning products.

Finally, the toys are packed up for the journey to their next happy home, ready to spark more joy and learning.

No worries, we’ve got a ‘toy matchmaking service’! If your little one and their toys aren’t a match made in heaven, you can use our ‘free exchange’ option once every 3 months. Just click “Exchange Play kit” in your account, and we’ll play Cupid with a new box of toys at no extra cost. After all, every child is as unique as a snowflake, and we’re all about finding that perfect toy soulmate! 💖

Yes. With our monthly subscription plan, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time. Simply go to your account settings to initiate the cancellation, and it will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No strings attached! For longer-duration plans you might be required to compensate the discounts provided before canceling.

Yes, of course you can. Sometimes kids develop a special bond with certain toys, and the last thing you want to do is send it off in a box after a month. That’s why we offer the option to buy any of the toys in our sets. To buy a toy, simply log into your subscription account and navigate to the ‘My Play Kit’ section where you can select and buy the toy or toys your child wishes to keep. Our toy prices take depreciation into consideration and we offer attractive pricing. As a subscriber, you’ll enjoy a discount off the market price.

With our Play & Swap model, you enjoy each play kit for a 4-week period. Upon the renewal of your subscription every four weeks, we expect you to return the toys to us within 2 days from then.

Your 4-week period starts at the beginning of your billing month (not on the first date of each calendar month). After 4 weeks have passed, your subscription renews and it’s time for your next play kit—we will ship it within 24 hours (on working days) of your subscription renewing.

Oops! Did your play kit decide to overstay its welcome? No worries, we understand that life with little ones can be as unpredictable as British weather! ☔🌞

Here’s the scoop:

1. We’ll send you friendly reminders faster than you can say ‘Where did I put that toy?’
2. If you’re running a tad late, just give us a quick heads up. We’re not monsters, we’re parents too! A simple ‘Hello, my toddler has taken the play kit hostage!’ will do.
3. But here’s the plot twist: If your play kit goes AWOL for over a week past its due date, and we haven’t heard a peep from you, we’ll have to assume it’s found a permanent home. In this case, we’ll charge for the full value of the toys. (Think of it as an impromptu adoption fee! 😉)
